Fast food containers

Saturday June 28 2014
only between 5:00 and 7:00 PM

I find these everyday fast food take-out containers on the street: their flat shapes resulting from cars, trucks, and pedestrian traffic moving over them. This process has altered the grid pattern and colors on them into unexpected and surprising irregular forms. My dialogue with these take-out containers is to have each container dictate my response. I glue the take-out container onto paper, and continue their color and grid pattern in watercolor and pencil on the paper.
